We try to represent individuals, little people who have been hurt one way or another by generally some corporation that didn’t pay attention to what it should have paid attention to.
The firm focuses on catastrophic personal injury. Most of our clients have had life-changing events.
When you take the group that we have, and together we have more than 100 years of experience as lawyers, you really are able to assess a situation and determine what’s best for a client and give good honest advice about it.
For the cases that we work on, everybody does bring a different point of view and a different perspective and approach to a case.
We have trial experience. We still handle cases that need a courtroom for resolution. We’ll never want to settle a case short, so to speak, instead of taking it to trial and trying to get a fair resolution for our client.
What we want is for everybody we represent to be better off when they left here than they were before they came in. We want people to think of us as a friend and as someone who advocated for them and who fought for them and who got them a just result.
