We all hope reasonable people will be able to agree on a resolution of a dispute, and that a case will settle. However, only with significant trial experience will your lawyer obtain a fair and just result. Mark has tried over 100 cases to verdict in his career. A great settlement only occurs if your case is thoroughly prepared for trial and the defense knows your lawyer will go to trial. Every case must be properly prepared.
