One of the things that’s so important is for somebody who’s been hurt to reach out to a lawyer as soon as they can. The truth is the scene changes and it changes rapidly after an accident.
And that is a huge loss when you’ve got to move forward in litigation and the client in the litigation has the burden of proving their claim.
Before we go to trial, we will do many, many things to prepare for trial.
Over the years we’ve developed relationships with a number of experts across the country. Because of this, when somebody walks in the door, we can pick up the phone and call an expert that we have worked with before and whose judgment and background we trust.
Not only do we work with experts in understanding what a jury needs to hear and see, we will oftentimes conduct a focus group and let the focus group tell us what they think about the strengths and weaknesses of the case.
Every case we handle is handled on a contingent fee basis. In that rare case where we’re unable to make a recovery for you, then you owe nothing. Our goal is really that the client leave here better off than when they came and satisfied with the result.
