We Let the Facts Speak for Our Clients

Our personal injury lawyers consult with engineers, mechanics, and other automobile design expert witnesses to evaluate evidence and expose negligence on the part of car manufacturers. We let the facts do the talking.

Seatbelt defect

We successfully sued a large U.S. auto manufacturer for its failure to use shoulder harnesses in the rear seats in a late-model family van, which resulted in a 15-year-old honor student and athlete becoming permanently paralyzed. Our efforts proved that this auto manufacturer began recommending shoulder harnesses when cars were first manufactured in the early 1900's and in fact owned several patents on shoulder harnesses. This resulted in a multimillion dollar recovery for our client.

Fuel-pump fire

In a recent case, we filed suit to recover damages from a U.S. auto manufacturer for failure to have an inertial cut-off switch on a fuel pump. The lawsuit followed a 1996 accident in which a happily married mother of three burned to death in the car while witnesses struggled to free her. Our research revealed this auto manufacturer received a patent in 1975 to manufacture and market an inexpensive switch which would have prevented this senseless tragedy. The car manufacturer failed to use it in this line of expensive automobiles manufactured 19 years later in 1994.

We’ve Built Our Reputation On Making A Difference

Personal injuries due to automobile manufacturer negligence can cause long term disability and loss of life. As personal injury lawyers, we’ve seen the impact of injuries that could have been avoided. And, because failures on the part of car makers burdens families with medical expenses and the trauma of serious injury or death, we’re committed to holding them accountable before the law.
